Interlock ransomware group conducted a ransomware attack on Issaqueena Pediatric Dentistry between 9–11 November 2025, claiming to have exfiltrated 118 GB of data and impacting 501 individuals; the practice reported the breach to the HHS OCR on 4 February 2026, offered identity protection to affected parties, and is working with law enforcement and third-party investigators.
